Hunter & Gather Pure Butter Organic Ghee

Ghee is a type of clarified butter which is an essential ingredient in traditional curry recipes.

It is used in place of cooking oils and has a higher smoke point compared with butter, at around 250C compared with 150C. This means it can be used in high heat cooking, bringing the nutty and rich flavour of butter to meals without burning.

Hunter & Gather Pure Butter Ghee is made using certified Organic cream from British grass fed cattle. We don't add anything else to our ghee - none of the vegetable or seed oils often used to bulk out the recipe of poorer quality ghee. Just 100% pure, natural ghee.
The result is a silky smooth and buttery rich ghee, ideal for adding to meals and recipes - and perfect for cooking your Keto curries with.
Got your ghee? Let's get started, here's the recipe.
