Our Carrot Cake Bites are the perfect recipe for getting organised as they can be stored in the fridge for up to a week. 

Made with only a handful of natural ingredients and our Vanilla Collagen Creamer for a touch of added flavour & sweetness (as well as all of the wonderful benefits that collagen has to offer), these bites are Keto and Paleo-friendly.

Carrot Cake Bites

Carrot Cake Bites with Vanilla Collagen Creamer
Keto-Friendly, Gluten-Free + Refined Sugar-Free
Makes 12 Bites

Nutritional info (per bite*):

Calories: 128
Fat: 10.4g
Of which saturates: 1.4g
Carbohydrates: 1.6g
Of which sugar: 0.9g 
Protein: 7.2g

*Per bite without any sweetener

What you need (ingredients):

  • 120 grams almond butter
  • 1 tsp honey (optional)
  • Splash of vanilla extract
  • 50 grams almond flour
  • 4 tbsp Hunter & Gather Vanilla Collagen Creamer
  • 2 tbsp grated carrot
  • 30 grams pecans, chopped
  • 30 grams coconut flakes

What you do (method):

  1. In a medium sized bowl, mix together the almond butter, honey (if using) and vanilla. Stir until combined
  2. To the wet mixture, add the almond flour and collagen creamer. Mix well until a dough-like consistency forms. It may require some firm mixing
  3. Add the grated carrot, pecan and coconut flakes and mix together
  4. Form into balls or press into bars and enjoy
  5. Store extras in the refrigerator for up to a week
