No oil blends, no hidden refined sugars, no artificial nasties. Just delicious, versatile mayo made with pure avocado oil or olive oil for an incredibly rich and smooth taste. Every jar is free from inflammatory seed oils like rapeseed or sunflower oil, grains, and refined sugars. We use British free-range egg yolks (Red Lion certified) and offer egg-free options too. No added sugar, artificial sweeteners, gluten, dairy or chemical preservatives.

Our mayo keeps things simple with real ingredients you'll recognise on the back of the pack. Choose between our Avocado or Olive Oil Mayonnaises, made with no seed oils or unnecessary nasties. 

In our Classic Avocado Oil Mayonnaise, you'll find just four main ingredients:

  • 100% Light, Pure Avocado Oil (making up over 80% of what's in the jar)
  • British Free-Range Egg Yolk (we use pasteurised for your safety)
  • Apple Cider Vinegar
  • A pinch of Pink Himalayan Salt

If you're trying our other varieties, like our Garlic Avocado Oil Mayonnaise or Chipotle & Lime Mayonnaise, you'll get those same quality basics plus real garlic or chipotle chilli and lime. 

Our Classic Olive Oil Mayonnaise is made from the same three ingredients as the Avocado Oil Mayonnaise, as well as 100% Light Olive Oil providing over 250 olives per jar!

We also offer an Egg-Free Mayo option. Each jar has the complete ingredient list right on the label.

Absolutely! You won't find a drop of seed oil in any of our mayonnaises.

Many standard mayos rely heavily on highly processed seed oils like rapeseed (canola), soybean, sunflower, or corn oil. These oils typically contain high levels of Omega-6 polyunsaturated fatty acids and produce toxic aldehydes when heated.

While your body needs some Omega-6, most modern diets already contain way too much, creating an imbalance in the Omega-6 to Omega-3 ratio. Many health experts believe this imbalance contributes to inflammation issues.

We choose avocado and olive oils instead for their healthier fat profile and to help you make healthier choices every day.

Our Classic Avocado Oil and Olive Oil Mayonnaises deliver everything you want in a mayo - rich, creamy flavour, a velvety texture with just the right amount of tang from apple cider vinegar to balance the palette. Many customers tell us it has a cleaner flavour profile than most, thanks to our quality oils and the absence of strong vinegars or artificial ingredients.

Absolutely! As well as our popular Classic Mayonnaise, our Avocado Oil range  also offers a delicious Garlic Avocado Oil Mayonnaise and a zesty Chipotle & Lime Mayonnaise made with real ingredients, that are perfect for adding extra flavour to your meals. 

Alongside our classic 100% Olive Oil Mayonnaise, we also offer an Olive Oil & Lemon Mayonnaise that’s a delicious zingy addition for lighter meals and savoury meats. For those avoiding eggs, there’s also an Egg-Free Mayo option that doesn't compromise on taste or quality.

There is a growing body of evidence and blogs that support the avoidance of industrial inflammatory oils in our diets, such as Rapeseed (also known as Canola) or Sunflower Oil. 

Many believe that these oils are contributing to modern diseases (through inflammation) that are becoming more prevalent in modern times. 

There are a number of reasons why we believe rapeseed, sunflower, and vegetable oils should be avoided completely (not solely in mayonnaise): 

1) Industrially produces seed oils have only been present in our diets for a few hundred years, comparing this to the years of human evolution - this is a very short amount of time indeed. Rapeseed oil was originally used as engine lubricant and was toxic for human consumption.

 2) These highly processed Seed and Vegetable Oils are often extracted using strong chemical solvents or hexanes, to produce a higher yield of oil. Some oils are also treated with deodorising chemicals or colourants too - with residual levels of chemicals present. 

 3) They are often derived from genetically modified crops. 

 4) When industrial Seed and Vegetable Oils are repeatedly heated even more toxic by-products are created they become trans and hydrogenated fats, releasing oxidizing free radicals into our system.

Our egg free mayos are made without any of the top 14 allergens! We do however encourage you to read the full ingredients list (we list out each herb, spice, etc) so you can make your own decision on whether the recipe is right for you personally.

🍳 Not many mayo's use Britsh eggs you know... But we choose to source our eggs from the super happy hens that are free to roam (to replicate the natural habitat of the chicken).

What's more, the eggs are gently pasteurised for your safety (no raw eggs here!) and kept in their liquid form... Not spray-dried with added (undeclared) sodium dioxide or other flow agents as is used in most conventional mayonnaise 🥴
