Our Classic Tomato Ketchup is 43% tomato paste, with water, apple cider vinegar, balsamic vinegar, pink Himalayan salt, onion, garlic, black pepper, cayenne, coriander, clove and allspice. There are no artificial sweeteners, flavourings or synthetic preservatives in it, and the vinegar and salt do the preserving.

No refined sugar, syrups or artificial sweeteners are added to either sauce. Our barbecue sauce contains British honey for a little sweetness. In the ketchup, the sugars listed occur naturally in the tomatoes and the balsamic vinegar, which contains concentrated grape must.

Naturally smoked water, rather than an artificial smoke flavouring, layered with smoked paprika and chipotle chilli. Chipotle is a smoked chilli, so it brings heat and smoke together, alongside cumin, coriander, black pepper and cinnamon. There is no artificial smoke flavouring anywhere in it.

Our Classic Tomato Ketchup contains no animal products. Our Smoky Barbecue Sauce contains British honey, so it is not suitable for vegans, and it also contains mustard, which is declared as an allergen on the label. Both sauces are free from gluten and seed oils.
