ELECTROLYTES TIMELINE

Hydration, as it happens

From your first sip onwards, see how sodium, potassium and magnesium support hydration, energy and balance as your day unfolds.

Nature's minerals, in balance

Sodium, potassium and magnesium each have a different role to play. Together, they support the fluid and electrolyte balance your body relies on through active days, exercise and sweat.

  • 750mg Sodium, from pink Himalayan rock salt
A key electrolyte lost through sweat, sodium plays an important role in maintaining the body’s fluid balance.
  • 150mg Potassium, from natural potash
An essential electrolyte and counterpart to sodium, helping maintain the mineral balance your body relies on every day.
  • 80mg Magnesium, from the marine magnesium
Contributes to electrolyte balance and normal muscle function, while helping reduce tiredness and fatigue.

When to take your electrolytes

For the days that take more out of you

Start the day better hydrated

Give hydration a head start before coffee and the rest of the day take over. Mix one Elderflower sachet into a glass of water for sodium, potassium and magnesium, with a light floral flavour that feels fresh first thing.

Keep it alongside breakfast or your morning supplements and that first glass of water becomes something you’ll actually look forward to drinking.

Customer Reviews

What do Elderflower Electrolytes taste like?

Delicate and floral, the sort of elderflower you would pick from a hedgerow in June. It sits much closer to an infused water or a light cordial than a classic sports drink, and it is genuinely worth drinking for the taste on its own, whether or not you needed the minerals that day.

How are Elderflower Electrolytes sweetened?

Naturally, with stevia. There is no added sugar, no artificial sweetener and no artificial flavouring anywhere in them. The sweetness is deliberately light, which is what keeps the elderflower delicate rather than turning it into something syrupy. Nothing artificial goes near it.

When should I take electrolytes?

Reach for a sachet when the day has drawn more fluid out of you than usual. A hot day, a sauna, a long flight, a heated room in winter, an illness that upsets your stomach, or a day spent on your feet. Exercise is the obvious one, but far from the only one. Reach for one when it earns its place rather than out of habit.

How many sachets are in a pack?

Thirty single-serve sachets, the same as our Wild Garden Mix, and one sachet is one serving. A single-flavour box is for when you already know which one you like. If you would rather rotate between flavours, the Wild Garden Mix gives you ten each of Elderflower, White Peach and Cucumber Mint in one box, which is the easier way to find your favourite.

Are electrolytes suitable if I have been advised to limit salt?

Each sachet contains 750mg of sodium, which is a meaningful amount. If you have been advised to limit your salt or sodium intake for any reason, please speak with your doctor before adding electrolytes to your routine, so you get advice that fits your own circumstances.
