Yes, of course, we don't tie you down to lengthy subscription clauses or horrible t's and c's! 🥴 You can cancel your subscription at any time along with amending the delivery schedule or changing the delivery date. 

How to cancel: In your Subscription Account Click "Manage” on the subscription or item you want to cancel. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click “Cancel Subscription”. 

Yes, you can set up different subscriptions for different products on separate repeat order frequencies (2,4,6, or 8 week intervals). So, you can have multiple items on different delivery schedules to suit what works best for you.

To set up a new subscription frequency, click “Explore New Products” Choose an item you want on the new frequency, click the arrow next to the next subscription date, and choose “New Order – Ships Asap”, confirm you want a subscription rather than one-time and also choose your new order frequency of repeat orders for this product.

This will set up a new subscription item on a new frequency with the first order date being the next day. Should you want to delay this date – see the question below on how to amend dates.

Should you want more than one product on this new frequency, repeat the above steps for each new item you want to add.

To see all your subscriptions in one place, head to the “Subscriptions” tab on the left-hand side of your dashboard (or in the dropdown at top if on mobile). At the top, this will show you the upcoming dates of all of your subscriptions.

To change a particular date, click on that subscription and choose the button that says “change” next to the frequency. A pop up will then enable you to choose a new date or a new frequency as you prefer. Make sure to click “Save Changes” to update.

Running low and need it quicker? You can also place your order instantly by clicking “Ship Now”. If you have too much right now, simply delay an order by clicking the “Delay” button.

That’s great you want to explore more of the Hunter & Gather range of products 🚀. You can add items as a one-time purchase at the full RRP or, you can add additional items on a repeat subscription with a 10% discount ongoing.

To add a new item/s click “Explore New Products”. Choose the product that you would like to add and decide whether you would like this as a one-time product or as an ongoing subscription. You can choose to add the item to your next subscription order, or “New Order – Ships Asap” which will create a second subscription for these items to be placed the next day.

To edit your payment method Head to the "Account Info" tab on your dashboard. Click on the link just under "Payment Method" and we'll email you a link to securely update your billing and payment info.

Please rest assured that all credit card transactions made online on the Hunter & Gather website are completely secure. We use a third-party verification and encryption technology ensuring absolute security of all credit card transactions. If you have any questions regarding our security processes please do not hesitate to contact us. The payment merchants we use are PayPal, Stripe and Shopify Payments.
