Organic Grass Fed Ghee
With a high smoke point (250c), you can use ghee for roasting, frying or baking and it has a creamy buttery taste. You can also use ghee in hot drinks (Coffee, Tea, Hot Chocolate, Matcha) instead of milk, to add healthy fats but keeping it low carb. Whizz a spoonful into your hot drink for a rich creamy drink.
Ghee has been used in Indian cooking and Ayurveda ceremonies for generations, prized for its purity, Vitamins (A,E,D,K) and omega 3 content it is believed to support bone density, immunity, heart health (from Vitamin K2) and gut health.

Our Story
Our Hunter & Gather Ghee is made in the UK, from grass fed Organic dairy.
Quality ingredients is at the heart of what we do! We use Organic Dairy which is made into butter and then clarified (warmed, without the use of solvents or chemicals). This ensures that any lactose, casein, sediments etc sink to the bottom, leaving a creamy, slightly grainy textured ghee.
In the process of making the ghee the lactose & casein proteins are removed as they sink to the bottom, therefore our ghee is very low in both the lactose & casein protein.
When searching for a quality ghee, it's important to know where it's made and how. We start with the best quality, grass fed British dairy from Organic farms. We then heat the butter slowly without any added chemicals. We do not blend the ghee with any vegetable or seed oils. We jar the ghee in a recyclable glass jar.
