Caramelised on the outside, juicy and flavoursome in the middle - who doesn't love a barbecue lamb kofta?
Grass Fed Lamb Koftas 🌱
Koftas just scream barbecue season. Most of us buy them prepared, ready to toss onto the hot grill, but it's super simple to make your own koftas from scratch.
All you need is some quality Grass Fed lamb mince, herbs, spices and something to bind them all together - such as our Classic Avo Oil Mayonnaise.
Form your koftas into sausage like patties wrapped tightly around individual skewers. Then cook for no more than 10 minutes for BBQ perfection.
