What you need (Ingredients):
- 250 grams runny almond butter
- 40 grams Hunter & Gather Vanilla Collagen Creamer
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Optional: 1 tsp–1 tbsp raw honey
- 5 tbsp Hunter & Gather Extra Virgin Organic Coconut Oil
- 4 tbsp cacao powder
- Pink Himalayan salt
What you do (Method):
- Line a 12-slotted muffin tin with fairy cake liners.
- Mix almond butter, collagen creamer, and vanilla until a thick batter forms. Here is when you can add in your honey, if you are using it.
- Spoon one tablespoon into each cake liner and press flat until smooth.
- Melt coconut oil and whisk cacao into it until a smooth chocolate mixture forms.
- Pour one tablespoon of chocolate mixture over the top. Swirl the pan to ensure it’s totally covered.
- Place in the freezer for 5–10 minutes or until set.
- Sprinkle with salt.
