What you need (Ingredients):
- 50 mls Hunter & Gather Avocado Oil
- 4 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- ½ tsp dijon mustard
- Large pinch of salt and pepper to taste
What you do (method):
- To make this dressing, simply whisk all of the ingredients together in a bowl or shake in a jar with a lid until combined.
- Serve over your favourite Greek salad (or any salad) and enjoy!
- To store, keep in the fridge but bring to room temperature before serving. (The oil will solidify in the fridge.)
