Greek Dressing

Greek Dressing

GREEK DRESSING

A bright, tangy dressing that brings Mediterranean flavour to any meal.

Greek dressing is one of those kitchen essentials that transforms basic ingredients into something special. This version captures all the herby, garlicky goodness of traditional Greek taverna dressing with just six ingredients you probably already have in your pantry.

Red wine vinegar, avocado oil, punchy garlic, oregano, and a touch of dijon come together in less than a minute. It elevates everything from simple tomato salads to grilled vegetables and roasted meats.

At just 0.3g net carbs per serving, you can dress your salads generously. Make a double batch and keep it on hand for instant Mediterranean flavour all week.

Made with quality avocado oil 🥑

This dressing starts with Hunter & Gather Avocado Oil as its smooth, mild base that lets the herbs and vinegar shine. Our avocado oil is cold-pressed from wonky Spanish avocados that would otherwise go to waste. Its neutral taste is perfect for dressings where you want the other flavours to take centre stage. No seed oils, no blends, just pure avocado oil.
