What you need (Ingredients):
- 1 white onion, thinly sliced (£0.12*)
- 1 carrot, shredded (£0.11*)
- 1 head of cabbage, shredded (£0.80*)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced (£0.55 for an entire head of garlic*)
- 500 grams 12% fat minced beef (£2.79*)
- Hunter & Gather Avocado Oil
- Hunter & Gather Avocado Oil Mayonnaise (Garlic or Chipotle & Lime!)
- 1 lime (£0.24*)
- Salt
- OPTIONAL: 3 tbsp Coconut Aminos (not available at Tesco)

What you do (method):
- Heat a large skillet to medium-high heat. Add the minced beef and season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned and remove from the pan.
- To the same skillet, add a drizzle (roughly 1 tbsp) of Hunter & Gather Avocado Oil. Add the cabbage, carrots, onion, and garlic to the hot oil. Sauté until the veggies are tender, roughly 5 minutes. Add the cooked beef back to the pan and stir.
- If using, add the coconut aminos to the pan. Otherwise, squeeze the juice of one lime over the top of the mixture and stir.
- Remove from the heat and divide among 4 servings. Serve with Hunter & Gather Mayonnaise mixed with the juice from the other half of the lime.
