What are the best Keto friendly sweeteners?
This recipe is made with berries and double cream, which give it a natural sweetness and delicious creamy favour. But if you're used to things a little sweeter then you can add your chosen natural sweetener.
We'd recommend using erythritol (a natural sugar alcohol) or Inulin Syrup to keep it Keto or raw honey if not following Keto, but you can choose use whichever sweetener you prefer. Check out our article below to learn about the top 5 Keto friendly sweeteners.

Can you freeze MCT oil?
We've added MCT oil to our Keto, Real Food ice cream for an extra dose of healthy fats. It's natural flavour makes it great for adding to healthy recipes like this one and a little goes a long way.
Freezing MCT oil within recipes like this one does not damage its nutritional profile and is a convenient way to sneak some extra healthy fats into your day. You can even decant some of your ice cream into an ice cube tray, to make delicious "Keto floats" for adding to drinks.
