Your body's most abundant protein

Collagen provides structure to skin, bone and connective tissue, but as we move through adult life, our bodies produce less of it. Wild-Caught Marine Collagen provides Type 1 collagen, responsibly sourced from the wild Norwegian seas.

When to take your Collagen

One simple habit

Stir it into the first drink of your day

Tear one 5g Marine Collagen sachet into your first drink and you have a precise Type 1 serving before the morning gets busy. Coffee, tea, water or a smoothie all work, with no scoop or scales needed.

Keep the second sachet for later. The format keeps the recommended 10g especially easy to split, which is useful when you want a beauty-focused collagen routine that can follow you out of the house.

Customer Reviews

How many marine collagen sachets should I take a day?

Two. Each sachet holds exactly 5g, and our recommended daily intake is 10g, so two sachets gives you a full day. There are 21 sachets in a box, which is around ten days at two a day, so these suit travel and time away rather than being your only supply. The pouch is the one to keep at home.

Should I choose sachets or the pouch?

Sachets are the convenient option and the pouch is the better value one. If you are mostly at home, the pouch will cost you less per day. If you travel, commute, or want the serve measured for you, the sachets earn their place. Plenty of people keep a pouch at home and a box of sachets in a bag, which is probably the most useful answer.

What is in a Wild-Caught Marine Collagen Sachet?

One ingredient: hydrolysed marine collagen, responsibly sourced from Norway and wild-caught rather than farmed. It is the same collagen as our pouch, purely Type 1, with 4.8g of protein per 5g sachet and nothing else added. No fillers, no flow agents and no sweeteners.

What is the difference between the marine and grass-fed sachets?

The collagen type and the source. These sachets are purely Type 1 collagen from wild-caught fish, which is the focused option. Our Grass-Fed Collagen Sachets contain Type 1 and Type 3 from European herds, making them the all-rounder of the two. Plenty of people take both, one in the morning and one later in the day.

Are marine collagen sachets suitable if I have a fish allergy?

No. These sachets are made from fish and are labelled as such. If you require further information on allergens in this product please contact H&G team or please speak with your doctor before taking them. Our Grass-Fed Collagen Sachets contain no fish.
