Your body's most abundant protein

Collagen provides structure to skin, bone and connective tissue, but as we move through adult life, our bodies produce less of it. Grass-Fed Collagen provides both Types I and III, giving your body the raw materials to support these structures from within.

When to take your Collagen

One simple habit

Stir it into the first drink of your day.

Open one 5g sachet into your first coffee, tea or smoothie and the morning serving is done before you leave the house. The sachet is already measured, so there is no scoop, scales or pouch on the counter.

Keep the second sachet in your bag for later. That turns the recommended 10g into two obvious moments instead of one serving you have to remember all at once.

How many collagen sachets should I take a day?

Two. Each sachet holds exactly 5g, and our recommended daily intake is 10g, so two sachets gives you a full day. Most people have one in a morning coffee and the second later on. There are 28 sachets in a box, which is 14 days at two a day. If you are new to collagen, two a day from the start is the simplest way to build the habit.

Should I choose sachets or the pouch?

Sachets are the convenient option and the pouch is the better value one. If you are mostly at home, the pouch will cost you less per day. If you travel, commute, or want the serve measured for you, the sachets earn their place. Plenty of people keep a pouch at home and a box of sachets in a bag, which is probably the most useful answer.

What is in a Grass-Fed Collagen Sachet?

One ingredient: hydrolysed bovine collagen peptides, responsibly sourced from European grass-fed cattle. It is the same collagen as our pouch, containing Type 1 and Type 3, with 4.5g of protein per 5g sachet and nothing else added. No fillers, no flow agents and no sweeteners.

Why are the sachets now 5g instead of 6.5g?

Our serve across the collagen range is now 5g, with a recommended daily intake of 10g taken as two servings. Standardising to 5g means a sachet, a level tablespoon from a pouch and a scoop all measure the same thing, so you can move between formats without recalculating.

How should I store collagen sachets?

Keep the box somewhere cool and dry. Individual sachets are sealed, so they travel perfectly well loose in a bag, a suitcase or a desk drawer. There is no need to refrigerate them, and nothing to spill if one gets knocked about.
