One ingredient. Endless benefits.

Bovine collagen peptides are the most bioavailable form of collagen available. Hydrolysed into small peptides, they're absorbed directly into the bloodstream and transported to joints, skin, hair and gut — where your body uses them to rebuild and restore.

When to take your Collagen

One simple habit

Stir it into the first drink of your day

Make the first 5g part of the first thing you reach for. Stir Grass-Fed Collagen into your morning coffee, tea or breakfast smoothie and you have the first half of your daily serving covered before the day gets busy.

With Types 1 and 3 in one unflavoured powder, it slips easily into a habit that is already there. That leaves just one 5g serving for later.

Why take bone broth and collagen together?

They cover different moments. Collagen is unflavoured and disappears into a morning coffee, so it asks nothing of your routine. Bone broth is savoury, warming and caffeine free, which makes it the natural afternoon drink when another coffee is not appealing. Same habit, two quite different textures, and neither of them asks very much of you.

What is the difference between bone broth and collagen powder?

Bone broth is a whole food, made by simmering bones with vegetables and herbs, so it brings protein, collagen and flavour together in one mug. Collagen powder is a single ingredient, unflavoured and concentrated, designed to go into whatever you are already drinking without you noticing it is there at all.

How much of each should I have?

Two 5g serves of collagen a day, which is your recommended 10g daily intake. The broth is one serving of two heaped tablespoons, whisked into around 250ml of hot water. Most people have collagen in the morning and broth in the afternoon, though neither is fixed to a time.

Can I cook with the bone broth instead of drinking it?

Yes. Whisk it into a paste with a little hot water, then stir it into soups, stews, sauces and gravies wherever you would use stock. Plenty of people do both, sipping it some days and cooking with it on others, which is a good way to make a pouch go further.

How long will the bundle last?

The collagen pouch gives you 80 servings, which is 40 days at the recommended 10g daily intake. The broth pouch gives you 20 servings. How long that lasts depends on whether you drink it daily or keep it mainly for cooking. Both pouches are resealable, so store them somewhere cool and dry.
