MCT Oil Green Smoothie Boost
Smoothies can be a super addition to your diet but many are packed full of sugars from fruit. This Green Smoothie uses spinach and kiwi to give you that super green boost but also MCT Coconut Oil for a glug of heart healthy fats.
Serves 1
What You Need:
- 40g fresh spinach
- The flesh of 1 kiwi
- Juice from 1/2 Lime
- 100ml water or almond milk
- 2 teaspoons Hunter & Gather MCT Coconut Oil
What You Do:
- Add all ingredients into a blender and whizz until smooth.
- Pour into a chilled glass
You can have other variations of the smoothie with low sugar fruits - such as blueberries, Raspberries and Avocado. You can also swap the MCT Coconut Oil for Extra Virgin Avocado Oil too and/or add in some Collagen for that super protein boost.
