Keto Avocado and Blueberry Smoothie

WHAT YOU NEED (INGREDIENTS):
- 200g fresh blueberries
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 20g Hunter & Gather Bovine Collagen Peptides
- 300ml unsweetened almond milk
- Handful of ice
WHAT YOU DO (METHOD):
- Add all the ingredients to a blender and blitz until smooth - scraping down the sides to ensure all ingredients are combined
- Serve in a tall glass with a metal or reusable straw
- Optional garnish: top with a couple of blueberries and a sprig of fresh mint, enjoy!
