Our salmon boats also make a great brunch, lunch or healthy snack. Just be sure to keep the filling refrigerated and add it to your lettuce boats right before eating, so that they're as fresh as can be.

What you need (ingredients):

  • 1 pack smoked salmon (100-125g)
  • 1 pack of sweet gem lettuce
  • 125g full fat softened cream cheese
  • Handful fresh dill 
  • Juice and zest of one lemon 
  • 50g Hunter & Gather Lemon Olive Oil Mayonnaise
  • ¼ teaspoon Pink Himalayan salt

What you do (method):

  1. In a small bowl combine the cream cheese, mayo, salt, lemon juice and zest with a wooden spoon
  2. Next, finely chop the smoked salmon and add to the creamy filling, mixing once more
  3. Divide the mixture among 4 large leaves of sweet gem lettuce and top with fresh dill - enjoy!
