Our emerald green avocado oil is made from hand picked, hand sorted avocados to ensure only undamaged, perfectly ripe avocados are used - avoiding any bitter tasting, rancid oil. The avocados are then physically pressed without the use of hexanes or solvents, to make an Extra Virgin (highest quality) avocado oil. Avocados are also the cleanest of all fruit in terms of pesticide residue!
A great taste award winning avocado oil, you do not need to compromise on flavour in the pursuit of health. Avocado oil is subtle in flavour & compliments all dishes from fried eggs to Italian cauliflower risotto. It's the perfect swap for inflammatory oils such as rapeseed or sunflower oils.
We only use recyclable glass bottles for our Avocado Oil, paper labels & 100% plastic free packaging for sending your orders. We source our avocados for this oil from trusted farmers in Spain, where avocados are typically grown on well-established farms with mature orchards. We support these farmers by buying the wonky or discoloured fruit that would previously have gone to waste (rejected for export), providing them additional income & avoiding food waste too.

Our Story
This oil has an exceptionally high smoke point of over 250°C, making it one of the safest and most stable fats for high-heat cooking. Unlike many other oils, it will not break down or produce harmful toxins when used for searing, roasting, or frying.
It is rich in heart-healthy monounsaturated fats (Omega-9) and powerful antioxidants like Vitamin E. Regular use can help improve cholesterol levels, support eye health, and enhance the absorption of nutrients from your food.
The oil is extracted by mechanically pressing the flesh of perfectly ripe avocados at low temperatures without the use of chemicals or solvents. This "cold-pressed" method ensures that the delicate nutrients and buttery flavour of avocados are fully preserved.
Both oils are high in monounsaturated fats, but avocado oil typically has a higher smoke point and a more neutral flavour profile than extra virgin olive oil.
