I am following a Keto Lifestyle, can I add MCT oil to this recipe?
If you want to increase the fat content of this recipe, then adding MCT oil to this recipe is a great idea! Our Hunter & Gather MCT
oil is made with only organic coconuts and is triple steam distilled. We use absolutely no palm oil or rapeseed oil in the making of our MCT oil. We recommend 15ml of MCT oil per day.
Once you have warmed the recipe in the pan, add the collagen and MCT oil at the same time and using a handheld whisk, blend together until slightly frothy. You can also just pour the MCT oil onto the top once in the mug, however this will sit on the top of the water like a pool of oil (some people like it this way though).

- In a small saucepan, add the water, apple cider vinegar, cinnamon stick and fresh cherries & sweetener of choice. Bring to a simmer.
- Remove from the heat and add the collagen peptides.
- Serve with extra fresh fruit & fresh rosemary to garnish (optional)
