What you need (ingredients):

What you do (method):

  1. Preheat your waffle iron to a medium heat (the size of the waffles and how many sandwiches this makes will depend entirely on the waffle iron you use!)
  2. Next, in a small bowl whisk together the 2 fresh eggs and grated cheddar cheese
  3. Once the waffle iron is hot, add the batter to the fill level and close
  4. Allow the waffles to cook until crispy and brown - turning every minute or so for an even cook
  5. Flip your waffles out of the iron onto a wire rack, allow to cool for 2-3 minutes before assembling your breakfast sandwich
  6. Top one waffle with bacon, an egg and ketchup before placing the other waffle on top - then tuck in!
