Willy's Apple Cider Vinegar & Avocado Oil Salad Dressing Recipe

A Paleo, Honey, and Mustard Salad Drizzle that is refined Sugar-free, Dairy-free, Gluten-free, and packed with healthy fats.

Bored with the bland salad lunch option? - you know the limp lettuce, tomato, and cucumber number that is about as exciting as watching paint dry as well as being nutritionally lacking. You may be tempted to head for a bit more excitement - a takeout lunch of fast food? or snacks.

You may even be tempted to liven up your salad with a shop-bought salad dressing - well we are here to help with this nutrient-dense, tasty, dressing recipe that will add the excitement without the refined sugars, seed oils or chemicals - YUK.

What is so bad about store-bought salad dressings?

In our local supermarket, ALL (no exaggeration) of the salad dressings available contain either seed oils (sunflower), rapeseed, vegetable oils, sugar, gluten, chemicals or a mixture of all of these. This just doesn't work for us in our pursuit of Optimal Health!

Can I make a batch up of this salad dressing recipe?

You sure can, we use our leftover avocado oil bottles or mayonnaise jars to store our salad dressings for the week ahead.

Can I make this recipe without honey as I am Keto?

If you are following Keto, why not swap the Honey for Inulin Syrup or emit all sweetness completely. The avocado oil and apple cider vinegar have a delicious taste by themselves and make a tangy, yet buttery salad dressing.

Why use Apple Cider Vinegar in my lifestyle?

We love apple cider vinegar, not only does it give a delicious tang to our simply 4 ingredient avocado oil mayonnaise, but it naturally preserves our mayonnaise without the need for added chemical preservatives! Win. There are also a host of other benefits which you can read more about in our article here
