Where can I buy pork ribs from?
You can get pork ribs in most large supermarkets, either as a whole rack of ribs or as individual ribs. We'd always recommend sourcing ribs that are Organic and free range - for the best possible taste and quality. So if this is not an option at the supermarket, you can always get yours from your local butcher or check out online butcheries such as Coombe Farm Organic.
