What a night we had on Friday 24th September 2021, at the amazing Nourish Awards Gala. Held virtually for the 2nd year running, the event was hosted by Naomi Devlin (Chef, nutritionist and author of two bestselling cookbooks: River Cottage Gluten Free and Food for a Happy Gut).
Here is a note of why the Nourish Awards exist from their Founder Diana Murphy:
“People often ask me why I started the Nourish Awards. It was the result of my personal journey with food and also my work in the free-from & marketing industry. Having coeliac; difficulties with dairy and some major issues with sugar balance, a brush with pre-diabetes, fertility, IVF and hormonal problems took me on a journey of discovering food and learn more about nutrition and how our bodies work.
My aim was to find the best products, by working with the best judges to provide that all important recognition great businesses and products deserve. ”
