Herby Avocado Oil Dressing
This herby avocado oil dressing is the perfect refined sugar free addition to any summer salad. You can also use this to marinate veggies, or grass fed meats to give a delicious herby flavour.

Serves 4
What You Need:
- 25g basil leaves
- 10g dill
- 10g flat leaf parsley
- 3-4 tablespoons avocado oil
- 1 & 1/2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- Salt & Pepper
What You Do:
- Blitz the ingredients together in a small blender or bullet.
- Add more oil to loosen if necessary.
- Serve on any dish needing a flavour boost
