Carrot, Coconut and Collagen Protein Powder Smoothie

This delicious carrot and coconut milk smoothie adds a super easter twist. It is packed with great fats from the coconut milk and essential amino acids from the collagen peptide protein powder. 

Refined sugar-free, gluten-free and grain-free

 

What You Need:

  • 4 carrots (peeled and chopped)
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric
  • 1/4 tsp Cinnamon 
  • 220ml Coconut Milk
  • 300ml Coconut water 
  • 1tsp Lime Juice 
  • 2 tbsp Hunter & Gather Collagen Peptide Protein Powder
  • Pink Salt & Black Pepper to taste 

 

What You Do:

  1. Add all ingredients into a blender or Nutribullet 
  2. Blend until smooth 
  3. Serve and enjoy
