Golden, savoury and protein-packed, these bone broth muffins are real functional food made simple.

Created by Pauline Cox, our Director of Functional Nutrition, this recipe brings together whole-food ingredients with purposeful nutrition.

Designed to support keto and low-carb lifestyles, these muffins are balanced, filling and easy to batch cook. Perfect for grab-and-go breakfasts, post-workout fuel, or a nourishing afternoon savoury snack, they prove that functional nutrition doesn’t have to be complicated.

Featuring: Hunter & Gather Grass-Fed Bone Broth

Our powdered Bone Broth is made from grass-fed British beef bones and delivers collagen-rich protein in a convenient powder. In this recipe, it’s used in an unexpected way, folded straight into the batter to elevate both the nutritional profile and the umami flavour. It’s a simple, whole-food upgrade to everyday baking.
