Olive oil is famed for it's healthy fats being high in Monounsaturated fats & Vitamin E. We ensure that it's only cold-pressed Extra Virgin Organic olive oil that makes its way into our bottle. No chemical processing aides or blends of oils.
Our dark glass bottles not only protect the oil from sunlight damage, but they are also recyclable too! We include a free pourer in the cap, so its as simple as open, pour & enjoy! Perfect for drizzling, dipping or dunking.
We only use recyclable glass bottles for our oils, paper labels & 100% plastic free packaging for sending your orders. Our olives come from ancient olive groves in Spain, where the olives are harvested in the daytime to avoid disturbing wildlife & nesting birds.

Once opened, it is best consumed within three to six months to enjoy its peak flavour and nutritional benefits. Over time, exposure to air will cause the oil to gradually lose its freshness and become rancid.
Extra Virgin Olive Oil is the highest quality grade of olive oil, extracted solely by mechanical means without the use of heat or chemicals, helping to retain its natural vitamins and antioxidants.
Unlike "refined" or "pure" olive oils, EVOO is unrefined, meaning it has lower acidity levels and a superior flavour profile. It undergoes rigorous testing to ensure it meets strict standards for taste, aroma, and chemical composition.
You should store it in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight and heat sources, such as the oven or hob. Ensuring the cap is tightly sealed after every use will also protect the oil from oxidation and preserve its fresh flavour.
Yes, high-quality EVOO is stable for cooking and has a smoke point of approximately 190°C to 210°C, making it suitable for sautéing and roasting. Its high antioxidant content further protects the oil from breaking down when heated.
