The key ingredients in our restore All Natural Daily Electrolytes include Pink Himalayan salt, potassium chloride, and marine magnesium, providing a high-strength mineral blend. Depending on the flavour, they also contain real fruit powders and monkfruit, with no artificial fillers or maltodextrin.
These sachets help to maintain optimal hydration, boost energy levels, and support mental clarity throughout the day. They are particularly effective at preventing muscle cramps and replenishing essential minerals lost through sweat or a low-carb lifestyle.
We recommend simply mixing one 6g sachet into 500ml to 750ml of water and stirring or shaking until the powder is fully dissolved. You can adjust the amount of water used to reach your preferred taste and level of saltiness.
Yes, our multipack is perfectly suited for keto and low-carb diets as it contains zero sugar and helps to manage the electrolyte imbalances often associated with these lifestyles. They are also paleo-friendly, gluten-free, and vegan.
