Can you make Keto Bread in the oven?
Yes, you can also make this in the oven if you don't have a microwave. Use a greased ramekin and place the mixture in a pre-heated oven (190C) for 10-15 minutes or until spongey in the middle. We still recommend toasting after making, it's just better that way.
What is the best way to store Keto Bread?
We recommend, cutting in half once cooked in the mug and toast straight away (to make it extra tasty). However, you could make a batch and keep them in the freezer, to toast at a later date.
How do you make a grain-free and keto diet approved sandwich?
Make your Keto 90 second bread, cut in half, lightly toast and top with your favourite toppings - you are ready to eat!
What You Need (Ingredients):
- 3 tbsp Almond Flour
- 1 tbsp Avocado Oil
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 egg
- Smoked salmon to serve
- Hunter & Gather Avocado Oil mayonnaise Garlic
- Ramekin or mug
What You Do (Method):
- Combine all of the ingredients into a bowl and pour into a greased (with avocado oil) ramekin or mug
- Microwave for 90 seconds,
- Flip out the bread and cut in half
- pop in a toaster until golden and crispy
- Drizzle over with avocado oil,
- Spoon a layer of garlic avocado oil mayonnaise
- Add smoked salmon and a sprinkle of chives to decorate and serve
