We recommend 2 heaped tablespoons per serving, which is roughly 20g.
Thrive Coffee is a convenient instant ‘butter coffee’ made with high-quality ingredients, including grass fed butter, Organic coconut MCTs, TrueStart Coffee, Glycine and Vanilla.
Thrive Coffee is packed full of healthy fats, including MCT powder. While the powder is considered safe at the recommended dosage, some individuals may experience side effects, such as nausea. We recommend slowly introducing Thrive Coffee into your routine if you are not used to, or have sensitivities to, drinks with a higher fat content. Start with 1 heaped tablespoon (about 10g) a day, then work up to the recommended serving of 2 heaped tablespoons (20g).
