What you need (Ingredients):
- 300 grams full-fat cottage cheese
- 25 grams Cacao Collagen Creamer
- 1.5 tbsp cacao powder
- 2 tbsp double cream
- Optional: 2 tbsp raw honey
- Toppings: whipped cream, berries
What you do (method):
- Start by placing the cottage cheese in a high-speed blender or food processor. Process until smooth, scraping down the sides as necessary.
- Add the collagen creamer and cacao powder (and honey, if using) and blend again until smooth, again scraping as necessary.
- The mousse should be light, fluffy and uniform in colour. Eat straight away or store in an airtight container in the fridge until ready to enjoy!
- Top with whipped cream and berries before serving, if desired.
- Enjoy!
