routine?

When taking supplements, in order to make sure I remember to take them, I add them into my morning routine.

I always like to start the day with a cup of tea or coffee. Adding collagen to my tea or coffee is so easy to do and doesn’t change the taste.

What does a typical day look like for a professional fitness trainer?

Everyday is different, but that’s one of the reasons why I love what I do!

I usually have a few clients in the morning, followed by breakfast and coffee before getting stuck into client check-ins, programming and content creation.

I usually plan my personal workouts around my working day, but my preference would always be mid-morning, around 10am.

After lunch I would focus on admin before heading out for the evening, for either clients or group classes to finish off the day.


What does health mean to you?

Health for me is when I have my physical and mental needs in harmony. I make time to move my body, but also have a commitment to my rest and recovery.
