To make the perfect Rise & Glow, we recommend:
Step 1 - add 2 sachets of R&G to a glass
Step 2 - fill 1/3 of the glass with water, and use a whisk to stir
Step 3 - top the glass up and stir again

At this time, the Rise & Glow sachets are not recyclable, a decision reached after considerable research and attempts to identify a packaging solution that aligns with our commitment to quality and safety. However, we are pleased to confirm that the sachets are BPA-free and remain committed to identifying a recyclable option for our packaging in the future. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we seek environmentally friendly solutions.
Each box is filled with 30 sachets, equating to a 15-day supply, assuming the advised intake of two sachets per day. This setup is intentionally designed to foster a regular beauty regimen, simplifying the process of daily collagen intake for best results.
Absolutely, there is 5,000mg of collagen per serve of Rise & Glow, therefore you could also have a cup of coffee with our collagen creamer, or add a scoop of bovine alongside the Rise & Glow (if you like to also add the benefits of gut health, muscle & bone repair).
We recommend 2 Rise & Glow Sachets per serve (14g). Add to a large glass of water (250ml) hot or cold. Alternatively sprinkle over yoghurt or add into smoothies.
