How To Manage Your Subscription

Don't you just hate it when you get to the bottom of a much-loved product and you have forgotten to order another one.

If you regularly use one or more of our Hunter & Gather products you can subscribe and save right here on our website. You can choose how frequently we deliver your subscription and you can cancel at any time too. There are no hidden t's and c's, that's not our style. 

Our subscription service is transparent like the ingredients we use. It's simply a way for you to grab a loyalty discount and to ensure that you never run out of your favourite products - simple.

Great news it could not be easier.

No more hassle with passwords or resets. Please simply enter your email address on our login page  here, receive a 4-digit code, and enjoy a seamless login.

If you have a phone number on file, you'll also receive the code via text message.

Each login code lasts for 10 minutes before expiring. If you miss the cod, don't worry you can request a new code after waiting for one minute.

Adding products to your subscription couldn’t be easier.

1. Find "Edit Product" on your bottom dashboard 
2. Click "Edit Products"
3. Click "Add Product(s) to Subscription"
4. Select the products you want to add to your subscription.
5. Choose the quantity of the product.
6. Ensure the frequency is set to "Subscribe and Save" 
7. Click "Add Product(s)"
8. Click "Save Changes"

And that’s it—your new item(s) will be added to your upcoming orders.

Updating your payment method is quick and easy.

1. Find "Billing" on your dashboard 
2. Click "Edit Billing"
3. Select "Add New Payment Method"
4. Enter your new card details and click "Next"

That’s it! Your new payment method will be saved for future orders.
