What you need (Ingredients):
- 2-3 strawberries
- 1 sachet of Hunter & Gather Marine Collagen
- 1 tsp green tea matcha
- Coconut milk (if Paleo) or heavy cream
What you do (method):
- In a glass, muddle the strawberries until thoroughly mashed.
- In a separate glass, whisk the matcha with water (or milk) until foamy. Add the collagen and whisk again.
- Pour over the strawberries.
