EU DELIVERY OVERVIEW
We do our very best to ensure that all orders that are received before 1 pm Monday to Friday are picked, packed, and dispatched the same day.
We always ensure we charge a very fair fee for delivery and often subsidise much of the costs associated with delivery.
We charge a flat-rate fee (shown at checkout) on orders however the cost to Hunter & Gather can in fact be 4-5x this depending on the destination of delivery.
RETURNS POLICY
We like to keep things simple here at Hunter & Gather, so you can return any of our products within 30 days of delivery for a refund. To be eligible for a refund, your items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Please visit the customer portal found here and follow the steps to process the return. Here you can find all the information you need to complete the return.
Please only send your items back inside a box and well protected - just as they should have arrived with you.
We are afraid that the cost of returning the order to us would need to be covered by yourself and we cannot refund orders that get lost or are damaged in the post back to us.
Once we receive the item back at the warehouse, we can provide a refund. Your refund will be returned to the card that you used to make your purchase and this normally takes between 3 - 5 working days.
Please drop our Customer Services team a message here on our contact page to let them know your return has been sent so we can inform the warehouse to keep an eye out for it.
