Take 2 tablespoons (around 20g) of one creamer daily, or mix both together for a flavour twist and even more variety. If you're new to collagen, start with 1 teaspoon of each and gradually build up over a week. We only use 100% recyclable resealable pouches and 100% plastic free packaging for sending your orders too. Our Bovine collagen comes from grass fed European cattle instead of South American (saving air transport). The collagen is made from the hide of the cattle, which would otherwise go to waste from the meat industry. By utilising collagen peptides we are helping to ensure all of the animal is utilised from nose to tail as well as supporting our optimal health.

Our Story
The creamers are great added to coffee, but you can also add to tea, smoothies, shakes or sprinkle on yoghurts. We recommend 2x heaped tablespoons per day, which can be spread throughout the day or all in one go.
You can use the creamers at any time of the day as they are a real food product.
We use our award winning grass-fed bovine collagen peptides within our creamers and one serve of Collagen Creamer gives you a whopping 13,000mg of bovine collagen per serve.
Within our creamers, we also add Organic Coconut milk, natural vanilla or Cacao alongside glycine. These pouches are great to have at work, on the go or for situations where you may not have milk, cream or access to a blender to make a morning coffee with the plain bovine collagen.
We do include a whopping 13,000mg of bovine collagen per serve (2 heaped tbsps.) in each of our creamers, however, should you wish to take marine collagen or more bovine collagen alongside, you are welcome to.
You could for example have 1 heaped scoop of collagen creamer per day in a coffee and then a sachet of bovine collagen or a scoop of marine collagen also (either at the same time or a separate occasion). We recommend up to 30-40g of collagen per day.
As we aim to avoid single use plastics as much as possible, we do not use plastic scoops within any of our powder products. We do however give serving sizes based on tablespoons. For the creamers we recommend 2 heaped tablespoons per day.
