What is in your electrolyte sachets?
Each of our electrolyte sachets provides 750mg of sodium from pink Himalayan rock salt, 150mg of potassium from natural potash and 80mg of marine magnesium. The flavoured versions add natural flavouring and stevia. There are no fillers, bulking agents or artificial ingredients.
Are your electrolytes sugar free?
Yes, all our electrolytes are free from added sugar. Our Original Salt blend contains no sweetener of any kind. Our flavoured electrolytes are naturally sweetened with stevia, with no artificial sweeteners and no artificial flavouring in any of them at all.
What flavours do Hunter & Gather electrolytes come in?
Our electrolytes come unflavoured as Original Salt, or naturally flavoured as Elderflower, White Peach and Cucumber Mint. The Wild Garden Mix contains ten sachets of each flavour, and each flavour is also sold on its own in a box of thirty sachets.
Are electrolytes suitable if I limit my salt intake?
Each sachet contains 750mg of sodium, which is a meaningful amount. If you have been advised to limit your salt or sodium intake for any reason, please speak with your doctor before adding electrolytes to your routine, so you get advice that fits your circumstances.
