I receive your newsletters already, does that mean I am already a subscriber?
If you receive our newsletter emails, you are subscribed to our newsletter list - this does not mean you have a subscription account for repeat products. Please use the subscription builder above, to create a repeat delivery and save 10% off every order.
How do I access my subscription portal if I already have one set up?
If you already have a subscription set up, you can edit, pause, cancel or change your subscription via your portal. To access your portal please "Login" to your account by signing in at the top of the page.
Then click "Manage Subscriptions", this will take you to your portal where you can add items.

How do I set up a subscription?
This is great! We are so pleased you want to set up a subscription. Not only do you save 10% off every order, but you also enter our Optimal Health Rewards Tier with extra rewards and points available to you - as long as you stay a subscriber.
To set up your subscription head back up to the builder above
- Choose which products you want to include in your bundle and add them to the subscription (it can be 1 or more products)
- Set the frequency of deliveries via the drop-down
- Click Checkout
You follow the checkout instructions and you will then be provided your very own portal log in where you can edit, skip or cancel your subscription at any time.
When will my first order be sent?
Great question! When you set up your subscription the items you have added will be placed in an order straight away. We aim to dispatch this first order within 24 working hours. Your second-order and ongoing orders will then come on the date/frequency selected.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time, there is also no minimum amount of subscription deliveries you must place before you can cancel (just remember that you will not get your 10% discount and extra rewards points if you do cancel).
Just please ensure that you cancel at least the day before a repeat order has been placed as once the order has been placed we cannot cancel and we would require you to post the items back to us to receive a refund.
We also send reminder emails that a repeat delivery is coming up - so there are no surprises.
Can I edit, pause, or add items on my subscription?
Yes, you can, we put you in control! So you can easily edit, pause, cancel, add items, or change the frequency of your items all on your own unique portal. You will receive a link to your portal once your subscription has been set up via the subscription builder above.
We also send reminder emails to let you know a delivery is coming up.
Is there Free Delivery?
If you are in the U.K. then we have free delivery for all deliveries over £20. We can also ship Internationally but please check the pricing at checkout.
Be sure that each delivery is over £20 for free delivery to the U.K. For example, if you had an item that was £17.96 delivered every 4 weeks and a separate item at £4.04 delivered on a different date - you would not reach the £20 threshold per delivery and would be charged delivery on both items. By combining items on the same delivery schedule/date you can save on postage as long as the combined value of the items is over £20 and you are delivering to a U.K. address.
Do I earn Thrive Reward Points if I subscribe?
Yes, you can earn Thrive Reward Points for each subscription order. But even better than that, you will also enter our Optimal Health Tier, which is solely for those on Subscription. You can earn more points and also have access to more rewards than a non-subscriber. It's our way of saying thank you for being a loyal Hunter & Gather Tribe member.
I want to order different products at different delivery times - can I do this?
Yes, you can! On the subscription builder above, we have tried to keep things simple (we love simplicity). So you set one delivery date of 2, 4 or 6 weeks. However, we also understand that some of you prefer to bulk buy items or set different times for different items. Once you receive your portal login, you can edit the frequency of each item individually.
Just remember that to get free U.K. delivery each delivery must be over the £20 threshold (see more information in the "Free Delivery" question above).
How do I edit or add a discount code to my upcoming Subscription Order?
If you log in to your Subscription Account and head to the FAQ's section within the portal itself, we have all the FAQ's for editing, changing and adding discount codes to your upcoming orders.
