You may have noticed that Hunter & Gather looks a little different.
The obvious changes are the ones you can see. New packaging, a new website and a new way of bringing everything we make together. But the story behind them began long before the new packs arrived.
Hunter & Gather has been growing since we started in 2017. What began with a strong belief in real food, better ingredients and questioning things we didn’t think were good enough gradually became something much bigger, shaped not only by the products we created, but by the community that grew around them.
As that community grew, the reasons people came to Hunter & Gather grew with it. The conversation expanded beyond what was in the kitchen cupboard to questions about joints, skin, strength, protein, hydration, energy and long-term wellbeing. Our range followed, growing from the foods and ingredients we first became known for into collagen, bone broth, protein, electrolytes and more.
Somewhere along the way, Hunter & Gather had become broader than the way we were presenting ourselves.
It was time for the outside to catch up.

How Hunter & Gather got here
The principles Hunter & Gather was built on haven’t changed.
Since the beginning, we’ve believed in real food, high-quality ingredients and knowing where those ingredients come from. We’ve looked to the wisdom of our shared past while following modern evidence, questioned things we don’t think are good enough, and believed that looking after your health shouldn’t have to mean making life more complicated.
Those principles shaped the products we started with, the community that grew around them and every new category we’ve moved into since.
What has changed is the scale of what Hunter & Gather has become.
As our community has grown, so has our range. The foods and kitchen staples we first became known for now sit alongside collagen, bone broth, protein, electrolytes and other forms of evidence-backed nutrition. People are also discovering Hunter & Gather for a much wider range of reasons, whether they’re thinking about their everyday nutrition, joints, skin, strength, hydration or simply the quality of the ingredients they use most often.
But while those starting points might be different, the standard behind them is the same: thoughtful sourcing, transparency, evidence and ingredients chosen with purpose.
The new Hunter & Gather isn’t about changing that thinking. It’s about giving everything we’ve always believed a clearer expression, and making room for the wider brand that has grown from it.
Why does Hunter & Gather look different?
That gave us a bigger question to answer.
If Hunter & Gather was no longer simply one type of food brand, what did everything we made have in common?
The answer wasn’t a particular diet or category. It was our approach to living well.
We want to help people eat better, feel better and look better through evidence-backed nutrition, whether that means changing an ingredient you cook with every week or finding something that supports a specific part of your wellbeing. Our products now come together across those three areas, not because health really exists in neat categories, but because they make a growing range easier to understand.
What you eat can influence how you feel. How you feel shapes how you move through life, and often how you look too. We see those things as connected, which is why Hunter & Gather needed an identity capable of holding the whole picture rather than one part of it.
It also allows us to meet more people where they are. You don’t need to subscribe to a particular dietary label or overhaul the way you live before Hunter & Gather makes sense. You might make one change, find that it works for you and go from there.
The principles remain the same. We’ve simply made more room around them.

The story behind our new packaging
Naturally, the biggest expression of that change is the packaging.
We wanted every pack to say something about the product before you even turned it over. So the new range is built around colour, texture and artwork inspired by the ingredients themselves and the places they come from.
Across the supplements, those references are intentionally abstract rather than literal: the movement and freshness of pasture, the cold purity of the sea, the depth of cacao, the softness of vanilla, or the energy of salt and minerals. The food range takes a more ingredient-led approach, but the principle is the same. Nature, provenance and what’s actually inside the product come first.
There’s also a thread running backwards through the new identity. The artwork takes inspiration from ancestral forms of storytelling and from a time when our relationship with food, nature and the things that sustained us was far more immediate.
That felt particularly fitting for Hunter & Gather.
We’re not interested in recreating the past for the sake of it. We’re interested in asking what it can still teach us, then combining that with what we know now.
A new look. The same standards.
A brand can change how it looks without changing what it believes.
Behind the new packs are the same standards around sourcing, provenance and ingredient quality that have shaped Hunter & Gather for years. We still believe in simple, minimally processed products, made without seed oils, gluten, refined sugar or artificial ingredients, and we still want customers to understand what’s inside, where it comes from and why we chose it.
Evidence matters just as much. We look at the research behind our ingredients, learn from experts and third-party test key products because trust has to be earned through more than good branding.
Our Made for Humans promise brings that thinking together. It’s a straightforward standard: natural supplements and nutrient-rich foods made with purpose, using high-quality ingredients your body recognises and leaving out things that don’t need to be there.
So while Hunter & Gather has evolved, this isn’t a departure from our roots. It’s a clearer expression of them.
Looking beyond the products
The new brand also gives us more space to talk about something that has always sat behind the way we think about health: living well is bigger than what you buy.
Nutrition matters enormously, but so do the other things that modern life can make surprisingly easy to neglect.
Getting enough rest. Moving your body. Spending time outside and around natural light. Eating food that nourishes you. Being around people who matter.
We think of these as our Five Foundations of Living Well: Nourish, Restore, Move, Light and Connect. They aren’t another set of wellness rules to follow. They’re a way of returning attention to some of the fairly ordinary things humans have always needed, and finding realistic ways to make space for them within modern life.
Our products have a role within that, but they’re not the whole answer. Nor should they be.
And that brings us to the idea at the heart of this next chapter.
What does Let Life Back In mean?
Modern life gives us a lot, but it can take plenty out too.
Time outside becomes time at a desk. Proper meals become whatever is quickest. Rest competes with another notification. Looking after ourselves can somehow become another complicated thing we’re supposed to optimise.
Let Life Back In is our reminder to go the other way.
To put back some of what modern life takes out. To nourish ourselves well. To reconnect with the natural rhythms, people and everyday habits that help us feel more like ourselves.
Sometimes Hunter & Gather might help with something as small as what goes into your morning coffee or the oil you cook dinner with. At other times, the best thing you can do for yourself might have nothing to do with a product at all.
That’s where we want this next chapter to take us.
Hunter & Gather looks different because the brand has grown, not because the beliefs behind it have changed. Underneath the new packaging is the same curiosity that started everything: questioning what has become normal, looking for a better way and helping make that way a little easier to live.
A new look, built on everything that got us here. And plenty more still to come.

A new chapter, built on what matters
This new chapter is not about becoming a different Hunter & Gather. It is about showing more clearly who we have always been, while creating space for where the brand is going next.
The principles remain the same: better ingredients, thoughtful sourcing, evidence, transparency and a belief that looking after your health should feel simpler, not more complicated. What has changed is our ability to bring those principles together across a wider range of products, a broader community and a clearer idea of the role we want to play in people’s lives.
The new look is simply the most visible part of that evolution.
What matters most is everything underneath it.
