In fact, pumpkin spice is all about just that - natural pumpkin with a signature blend of spices. In this case, we use pumpkin puree along with cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg.

With added walnuts, nut butter and collagen peptides, each little delicious energy bite will help to fuel your busy day and keep you satisfied.

Once made, store in the fridge for up to 4 days - but heads up, we just know you won't be able to resist them for that long!

What you need (ingredients):

  • 130g cashew butter
  • 2 tablespoons pumpkin puree
  • 60g almond flour
  • 4 servings Hunter & Gather Vanilla Collagen Creamer
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon ground ginger
  • Pinch of ground nutmeg
  • Pinch of pink salt
  • 30g chopped walnuts

Optional

  • 1 tablespoon honey 

What you do (method):

  1. In a large bowl add the cashew butter, pumpkin puree and honey if using - mix with a spoon to combine the wet ingredients
  2. Next add the remaining ingredients to the bowl and mix until a cookie dough texture is formed
  3. Using a tablespoon or a cookie scoop, scoop into evenly sized balls
  4. Store in the fridge and enjoy!
