Ancestral wisdom, ready in minutes

Bone broth brings protein and naturally occurring collagen together in one traditional, nourishing food. Protein helps maintain muscle mass and normal bones, while collagen provides structural support throughout the body. It’s a simple, real-food way to bring more of both into your everyday routine.

What is Grass-Fed Beef Bone Broth?

Grass-Fed Beef Bone Broth is a powdered broth made by slowly simmering beef bones to a traditional recipe, then gently drying the result. It is made with grass-fed, pasture-raised European beef bones, classic vegetables, herbs and pink Himalayan salt, and gives you 15g of protein and 13g of collagen per serving. There are 20 servings in a 400g pouch.

How much protein is in Grass-Fed Beef Bone Broth?

Each 20g serving of Grass-Fed Beef Bone Broth gives you 15g of protein. Protein contributes to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass, and to the maintenance of normal bones. That makes a warm mug a straightforward way to add protein to the day without reaching for something sweet.

Can I cook with Grass-Fed Beef Bone Broth?

Yes. Whisk it with a little hot water to make a paste, then stir that straight into soups, stews, sauces, gravies and casseroles wherever you would normally use stock. Because it is a powder you control exactly how much you use, and there is no half-used carton going off in the fridge.

What is the difference between beef and chicken bone broth?

The difference between our beef and chicken bone broths is richness and how people use them. Beef is deeper, more savoury and leads on drinking, particularly through the colder months. Chicken is lighter and more versatile, and suits everyday cooking all year round. Plenty of use both.

How is this different from a stock cube?

Bone broth is simmered from real bones, which is why it contains naturally occurring protein and collagen that a stock cube does not. Ours is made from grass-fed beef bones, vegetables and herbs, with no artificial ingredients, flavourings or fillers. It is the same list you would use making it yourself.
