Green Avocado, Coconut, Collagen & Nut Butter Smoothie

Smoothies often are jam-packed with hidden fruit sugars, which has given them a bad wrap of late. We love a good smoothie, but we make sure to use low sugar fruits and vegetables instead and use a coconut milk base. 

Refined Sugar-Free, Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free, Paleo & Keto Friendly 

 

What You Need: 

What You Do: 

  1. Add can of coconut milk to blender
  2. Add Avocado (deseeded and skinned) & Spinach
  3. Add 2 TBSP's Avocado Oil and 2 Tablespoons Collagen 
  4. Add 1 large TBSP of Nut butter
  5. Blend together for 15 seconds, serve and enjoy 

 

 

Tip - if you find that this is too thick, you can add a little water. Or if you prefer a sweeter taste try some Inulin  (which has a low GI and is packed with great fibre).
